Hi, we’re Bella and Lilli. We founded Dovetail Studio in 2025 out of a shared love of making by hand. As partners in both life and business, we’ve built Dovetail around the things we love most: creating, learning new skills, and crafting pieces meant to be used and enjoyed. While our creative paths began in different places, we’ve always been drawn to working with our hands, exploring new mediums, and finding beauty in well-crafted design.

Through Dovetail, we combine our backgrounds in graphic design, business, printmaking, and bookbinding to create stationery and homegoods products that celebrate creativity, craftsmanship, and connection. We are inspired by the balance between art and function, designing pieces that are meant to be treasured and incorporated into everyday life.

Our hope is that the things we create bring a little joy, inspire creativity, and help people slow down and connect with the world around them. Seeing our work find a home in someone else’s life makes every late night, paper cut, and challenge worthwhile.
